Some pictures from todays joint PT session with old school Paul and Dicky. We started with a tri set of dumbbell deadlifts curl and press and push ups to get them properly warmed up and ready to go. We then did the 400 rep challenge which I am also going to set for you all to have a go 💪🏻there will be a standard and advanced option for you to choose from as I dont believe mens or girls versions. I have been trying for 3 years to get up at 5am to workout before work. I have tried setting multiple alarms leaving my workout clothes laid out going to bed earlier the list goes on. Ive just never been able to😬 but I really prefer working out first thing. #sofrustrating I used to workout before starting my day when I was in school and bartending but I didnt have to be any where by 8 am like I do now so it was so much easier to manage. Ive made myself adjust to working out at lunch or after work since graduation. Its been a real struggle! I finally realized that I am the only person holding me back. If I want something bad enough then I will do it! Bottom line. I Stopped falling for the excuses I was telling myself and just last week started working out in the morning. I get up between 5 and 530 crush that workout and feel like a million freaking bucks after.
